Me, well I think trading may not be for me. I will explore it some
more. All these posts are helpfull. I must say the most helpful
posts are the ones about personal experience. If a person messes up and loses money and posts it I think it is a good
learning experience for the rest of us. If someone is negitive without stating a personal exeperience that is not so helpful.

I actually liked your post

I am a very avid exerciser, I don't even like to sit down when I'm working, I have a stand up workstation.
Lets just say I exercise/workout/run/bag work enough for 2 people!
Gives me a great natural high after you run for 3 miles then workout for another 30.
But good advice on all the exercising and diets (other then the vegan)
