True, but the terms aren't as great if you use a broker. It's sort of a joke though, there is probably 5 people on this website that can allocate enough to even start a PB relationship.
Yes, for most retail houses.
IB is more geared for a professional and is pretty good for a retail broker, but it doesn't have everything like an Eikon/Bloomberg terminal would have.
Keep in mind, professional data feeds are not cheap.
You don't get them free like a TDameritrade.
Now if you're asking about individual platform offerings, I wouldn't know.
I connect my accounts into my Eikon terminal.
