Distressed property developers in USA pretty soon...once the rate hikes start killing the property bubble. There will be dozens and dozens of listed plays, some great shorting opportunity...Property bull markets HATE INTEREST RATE HIKES

Well conversely, I can't fade the trade. We know that money can rush back in pretty quick and a short will have to pay those high yields.

I'll go in with an intermediate/long term buy when there's blood in the streets.
