I don't know about you, but when I think about which index is going to generate alpha for me, I strongly consider Russia, or South Africa. These are money magnets for investors (eye roll). Chile is 3rd on my mind. Definitely before the US.
All of these countries either just hit ATH's, or 52 week highs.
If someone thinks the UAE is going to roar higher while the US craters, there's not much sense being bandied about. These are overflow markets. Greece 52 week highs. LOL. Economic powerhouse. Italy. What do they change their form of government every 11 months? Yeah, the US is about to crater. People need to get outside of their homes. Qatar is at all time highs, yet there's anxiety about an imminent crash of the US. You can't make this up.
