Perhaps you have never heard of the Clintons. That was their primary approach to drug crime, along with rooting out all those "Super-predators." Also known as blacks.

That was/is the National approach to crime and has been for a long time. We can go back to the 13 amendment and forced labor all the way through longer jail terms for crack cocaine as opposed to powder.

There is a reason for that. Obama turned the FBI into the American KGB and attempted to control the outcome of an election and then to topple the lawfully elected candidate.
