I have the book. If you are referring to the one written in the 1930's or whenever it was, really old book. I bought the book as a collectors item and I love to collect old books. As far as tape reading goes, it was OK. Everything in the book is certainly valid but very basic. You'll read the book in 2 hours.
The best book on tape reading is by the tape reading master himself, Jesse Livermore, "Reminisces of a Stock Operator".
