This day ends with a loss of 8.75 points or $437.50. I would normally add a note here outlining all the day's travail, explaining what went wrong and the state of mind I was in as these losses mounted, but I will refrain from doing so since it has served only as a magnet for personal attacks by the self-proclaimed gurus. :sneaky:

Nice! Unfortunately, I wasn't so lucky. Once I got nauseated, I had to stop looking at the damn chart. If there's one thing I can dispense to new traders who might be looking at this journal is that if you're feeling shitty, don't push yourself. It will only reinforce negative emotions. That's how you fall into a slump. Once you're down and out in the sinkhole, it becomes a vicious downward cycle. Don't go there!

Yes, the self-proclaimers do put a dark cloud over the whole ET experience. But, I am sure there are a whole lot more people out there that have enjoyed your posts. Keep up the good work!:thumbsup:
