Cut out ALL carbs for one month (It's only hard the first week).
Then slowly reintrouduce them one at time but only in half portions to what you used to eat.
Lots of water
Exercise 2 x per day for 20 mins.
EAT as HEALTHY as you can and avoid eating out as much as possible.
This will work IF you can do it.
