Manuel: Absolutely. Energy Conversion Devices, Inc. [ENER|ENER] and KFX Inc. [KFX|KFX]. These are very questionable companies. They are using higher oil prices in their promotions.

WHOA ! upper line has rejected dow thus far. once again, uncannily the DJIA stopped DIRECTLY on the upper channel figure and dropped back into the channel. we are FLAT. see attached chart.

the djia made a second but weaker attempt to burst out of the channel. see the chart. we are still flat.
nasdaq came within 8 points of the upper channel line and was rejected back down.

oil shorts doing well, china short down .43 here.
