man, what a crazy day. we were immediately stopped out of the shorts near the open when the DJIA rocketed back into the channel with a small loss. the dow then dropped back out of the channel triggering shorts, tight trailing stops took us out at break even, then the advance failed once again firing the shorts about 5 minutes before the close. we are holding shorts into monday. i am quite confident at this time of a DOWN day monday.

the daily candle on the dow friday should make the longs nervous. we will see monday.
 
as you know, we are short entering the open in the DJIA. it appears at this time that there will be an adverse move against the position at the open. we are staying short thru this potential adverse move up to 10657 . at 10657 we will go flat , taking a loss.

I have been buying the dips.

Last night when the Nikkei broke to new 52 week highs, I thought it would be unusual for our markets not to follow through if the news was sanguine or even good.
