Lot of folks say thier laying low for the rest of the year,just wondering if your going to accept Saddam's market handout and pull the trigger Mon Morn?Petrol.

thanks for the BEST journal on ET in 2003. You have some changes planned, I hope they are not too drastic as your Surf Report is already excellent.
