Hi Surfer,

If you think appropriate could you please comment on my post in the Psychology forum 'How George Soros knows what he knows'.

Based on what I have read in your threads, it sounds similar to your style. A combination of mechanical channels + gut feel. The gut feel part I believe is your long term analysis, which is usually right.

I hope you don't mind me intruding on your thread, if you like you can comment in the psychology section. Thanks

David, Market surfer & Hunter family & Elites;

Most all the moves are still higher highs, higher lows-DIA,SPY, QQQ, CSCO,JNPR +

Ps My discretionary principles do permit ''sell the gap'' some;
interesting; Archangel & or trade prospector does it some also.

Sold main position in smaller time frame account ,SPY related [small gap].

Medium term account still long & strong JNPR {CSCO Sector},gap and all.

Havent sold much in last 20 days,[any time frame]will try to get backin smaller time frame account today ,FRIDAY or later, with discretion.

the trailing stops protected the long profits from this mornings selling. we are currently FLAT and happy ( other than having broken air conditioning) at this time. awaiting channel levels to enter trades in the DJIA.

the strategy today after entering short at the channel break 9027 is to place stops at 9022 at this time. if the market reverses course we will capture 5 points, if not let her DROP !

if we do not get stopped out, will hold short over weekend.
