the nasdaq approached the upper channel figure today by 5 points but was rejected back down into the channel. if you are not already long, stay flat here in the neogann channel.

word up--- there may be very very bad news from a california based company today or friday-- regarding regulatory / tax issues. sorry, i don't have any specifics. remember, this is an unsubstaniated rumour that was passed along to me, take it as such.

Volume was a bit light; but short week and not enough to sell longs on.

Assuming a close within 1% of prices now, these moves compare better than May 1999, that is monthly open to close.

Why spread unsubstantiated rumours?
 
system longs doing nicely on the way the DJIA 9000. yesterday's technically inspired selling was short lived. holding nasdaq and djia longs over the weekend.
