and I'll add that when the real break takes place...it will surpass everyone's expectations by a very long shot.

If you learn something from a public trading journal, then it's productive and you should remain a subscriber.

If not, then unsubscribe.
I couldn't agree more. Marketsurfer publicly makes calls, something most people won't dare do. He's also civil to people and very cordial in his responses, showing great restraint in the face of some pretty severe attacks. If you enjoy the journal, whether or not you play the calls, then please continue to hang around. If the calls bother you so much then move on and click someone elses' calls that you like better. Or if you think they are that bad then fade them and try to make some money that way. But everybody ease up, like NoD says it's a public journal and nobody means anybody else harm. As always, if you want to discuss moderation please send me a note, the journal is not the place for those posts. Thanks.

Magna

[LATER EDIT: I moved the above post as I'm getting tired of repeating myself. But I will say this again for those who are memory-challenged: NO PERSONAL ATTACKS. If you find yourself starting a sentence with something along the lines of the following backhanded slurs then best you catch yourself and edit it out before posting... or I will remove your entire post.]

"If you were really a trader... blah blah blah."

"If you knew anything about trading... blah blah blah."

Quote from marketsurfer:

holding shorts from 9590. support still evident at 9450. 9300 is the next support level indicated at this time.

best wishes,

Some good traders, like Toddo Harrison (and even I'm at b/e with a short term mech system) have been doing okay shorting this market. How is that possible fighting the "worst" bull market in a zillion years?

Take partial profits when offered. Seems like you are okay at following your stops, but do you take some profits when you have them? Like now? Home runs are great, but...
