the djia continues to struggle vailantly to maintain its upward momentum. intuitively it appears that 9300 will be the next support on the way down. suggest holding shorts over night.

The topping formation requires ES and NQ to be weakened at the same time and breaking their respective support zones.

If that happens a stronger decline (in ES terms 50 pts range) can be expected.

After 6 straight days of gains, a listless drifting session was to be expected. Great news from the new homes sales and durable good numbers failed to generate stock buying excitement. stops staying at 9555 in YM. I believe the TOP IS IN HERE AND NOW IN THE DJIA!! the djia should not move beyond the 9600 level.... take it as you will.

There could be a buy spike taking Dow closer to the 10k number before a drop starts. Personally I don't care one way or another, as long as it moves!
