thanks for the note. i do hold the system trades thru downdrafts in the market. these positions are not hedged, but i do daytrade around the positions if warranted.

the DJIA closed a fraction below the critical 8503 level at 8502.90. this causes some trepidation at the surfer shack, but we are still holding longs here.

a sweet bottoming tail formed in the daily candlestick chart today, almost touching the 200 day MA. i am remaining LONG and CONFIDENT at this time despite the current volatility.

Mr Price,of Bigtrends had some excellant Dow theory charts last month. LUV the way William O "Neill logically added NasdaQQQ to Dow theory;he spells NasdaQQQ different from me.

DIA looks strong on weekly,monthly& 30 minutes charts.
QQQ & SPY look even stronger on weekly & monthly & 30 minutes.
