Yes, that is our stopout point on the DJIA. However, I will be shocked if it breaks out the bottom of the channel--as it will invalidate all the other research into conditions like these.

Surf, a two-part question: How much in the red is you long position presently, and how much more red are you willing to endure if the price continues downward?

I wish you well but I'd like to know your answer.

Longs were first suggested at 110.07 in the DIA. the extraordinary economic conditions dictated that the entire channel be used as a "volatility playground" once longs were triggered. Buying anywhere here and now, in channel, should result in nice gains by the end of week. should the lower line be taken out, I will be proven wrong. untill then, LONG AND STRONG!
