futures make it appear that we could witness a bit of selling on the open. we are currently flat awaiting breakage of the channel. remember, should we gap thru the lower figures, 1297 composite and 8057 dow-- do nothing for 9 minutes--mark the low-- this is the new go short figure.

we shorted the DJIA at 8057 and have captured 100 points thus far. our stops are at 8007 locking in 50 point profit at this time.
riding the wave. still flat nasdaq at this time.

we are currently flat the DJIA after being stopped out of the shorts @ 8007 with a 50 point profit. the neogann channel in the djia is currently 7997 to 8053. the previous channel is still intact in the nasdaq 1297-1353.

greetings,

after capturing 50 dow points yesterday, we were stopped out of our next short attempt with a 5 point djia loss upon entry. near and after the NYSE close yesterday a somewhat unique massive upspike occurred in the index futures. about 8000 es contracts triggered the spike per the tick data. i always take these "events" as foreshadowing the next day or further action in the indexes. i am expecting an up close today, but will trade mechanically off of the neogann channels in the nasdaq and djia.

what a day today ! we entered long DJIA at 8053 and rode up almost 100 points during the powell UN speech. then at aprox 12:30 the djia started dropping--our wide trailing stops took us out with a 50 point profit once again. the dow careened down thru the neogann channel and shorts were executed at 7995 below the channel. i am currently short the DJIA going into thursday morning. i have no feelings whatsoever about the position. we will see what happens. still flat the nasdaq in the channel 1297-1353. this is fun stuff !

as you know, we went short the DJIA yesterday sub channel and are holding into the open today. as i said yesterday, i have no feelings whatsoever on this one--just trading mechanically off the neogann channels. enjoy the day !

we are holding the system generated djia and nasdaq shorts overnight into friday's open. nasdaq bounced around near the lower channel figure all day today, entered short earlier and was stopped out, reentered and am holding with a small loss. this apparent consolidation here is CRITICAL.
