i had major major computer system issues today, primary trading computer is acting as if it is in "safe mode" and only running one of 8 monitors (main). i am typing this on backup system with single monitor. will attempt to cure problem this evening.

we closed all longs today in the nasdaq, djia, msft, and ibm. still holding shorts in AZO. the reason i am SO PSYCHED is the nasdaq closed at 1423. EXACTLY on my upper neogann channel figure. the djia closed at 8697---just 4 points from the lower channel figure in the djia, as you can see from my above qoute. even though the djia trade was closed at a loss, and the nasdaq trade was just slightly below break even, i am very happy with the analysis.

awaiting breakage of current channel figures to place next trade, will be careful this time to LOCK IN PROFITS.

Probably after a decent swing run , I am going to lock in some profits on a high volitility day also.

A 20 minute [not scary] + delayed comment follows.Gold index[$xau] found support at 50 day ma. Bought long dividend paying gold stock in trading account yesterday.
 
it appears that the dow will gap down big time sub channel. we will invoke the 12 minute gap rule before we short this morning. mark the low of the first 12 minutes and that is the go short point should it be violated. if the market bounces from the gap, the lower channel figure on the dow will be our GO LONG trigger. whatever happens, today should be volatile and a blast ! thanks murray turtle for the words.

let's go do what happens,

as you know, the 12 minute rule was violated in the djia and we are currently short. the nasdaq's channel was broken naturally and we are short the nasdaq, also. holding shorts here over the weekend.

we are surf'n in the curl now ! riding this down wave per system guidelines on the short boards. INTENSE. will hold overnight unless wiped by trailing stops .
