When you exaggerate what happened and attack. It's fair game as well. Either drop it now or take the results like a man this time.

exaggerate your good call or your bad call?-- i mentioned both and congratulated you on the YM winner.

several years ago, i worked with a large option arbitrage firm that did a substantial percentage of volume on certain exchanges.

the founder of this monster, a true under the radar Beowulf, took me aside explaining that he had worked with literally hundreds of traders and how difficult it was due to their general over sensitive nature and emotional swings. a brilliant and wise man indeed--these exchanges--personification of wins/losses/threats/bullying give me flash backs to this conversation.

all the best,

surf

Hey you know TRS, I see what you're saying ... but if anyone comes on here, claiming to be a trader and allows a trade to go 300 YM pts against their (scaled-in) position, you KNOW he HAS to get FLAMED!!!

Good trading,

JJ

LOL, LMAO ... no ROTFLMAO spitting my coffee on the keyboard.

Yeah surf, make sure you book some profits, jeez, you're only down ... oh 250+ points or so, with the markets finding support for the continued upmove (everyone but overtooled sees this).

So ... what exactly is your profit target on this one Surf? oh, right, you don't have them either.

No protective stops.

No profit targets.

Way to go champ ... :)

... and no problem TRS, I'd hate to have you as a sister-in-law.

JJ

You go sista!
I said book SOME profits. A generalisation. Non specific.

Without sounding like a sycophant, i understand and agree with your advice to surf.

If you look through THIS thread I have made 5 calls over 4 years. Four were spot on and one, the crude was early with a tight stop for a small and I mean small loss. If you search my posts over the last 3 months that percentage is even better. To me here in this thread it's 80% not 50% but you are the one with the statistics fetish. If you can't be accurate . . . don't say anything at all.

Drop your exaggerations in my direction. I'm done.

Please tell me you're not referring to Last Atlantis. Choosing a side to a "pick 'em" market is not arbitrage.

Long @ 1475.75, PS @ 1471.75

JJ
1/2 of trade closed @ 1479.75 for a 4pt proft ... :D , 1/2 of trade held with a +2 tick protective stop over initial entry, looking for the high of 1492.25 to be challenged (but note as in all good trading, I've locked in my gains and protected the rest of my principal).

BTW, does this count as a LIVE CALL Thunderdog?

Good trading,

JJ
