After consulting with my number 1 quant last night, the decision was made to absorb this adverse move and to make a second short entry in YM @ 13220 effectively raising the break even level to 13205.

as usual, i am early on this entry, but everything remains the same so far, holding SHORTS here in YM

continuing to feed the CROX shorts awaiting the inevitable breakdown.

regards,

surf

i think you're spot on buddy !

I think we pop on the open tomorrow. I am reducing my target to 13335 from 13400 and will likely exit YM & EEM longs on or shortly after the open in the AM. Will also be looking to start selling vertical credit spreads on the QQQQ calls and add to QQQQ puts and reinitiate EEM puts. Will be selling vert credit spreads in GS puts as a hedge on late day weakness(tomorrow) if it comes.

FWIW Crox finally is starting to look like it is worth a short . May sell some 55 calls against some 65s on a pop in the AM.

Quote from Mvic:

Hadn't counted on the CFC BOA development. maybe I hold out for 13400 after all considering we just hit 13335.

CFC borrows at 7.25% and this is a bullish development? Sell the pop.
