a classic death channel has emerged in the YM, i believe that the large drop that we anticipated back in JUNE has occured, its tough to tell if it will continue or not, therefore we will be trading off of the channel system in the YM prepared to catch this no matter what way it goes with tight tight risk risk controls on the initial entries. it is my opinion after reviewing the data that this week will be up, however will trade the system.

13337---13273 are the critical channel levels. long above, short below and FLAT in the death channel.

holding CROX short

YM flat

FX flat.

what a ride today in the YM--- entered long stoped out, entered again took losses went flat. price snapped the lower channel line and we are now short from the break @13270--short YM, short CROX.

Tough day Surf......but tape was weak, weak, weak...after the "head-fakes". Better get Annaland to factor these kind of days into the trading model.
 
Start to brace for the "boomer panic" to begin in earnest.
A break of Dow 12.5k should do it.
However, if 13.1k YM "holds", the double-bottom formed could spark some short-term short-covering.
