I don't think we will get a large drop, as soon as earnings season is over, the market will shrug this off and proceed to move higher on a low relative strength divergent basis.
There is chance in the fall, for a climactic downward move, but even then the probability is low. We are in a long term bull run, the profits though on some companies arent great, on others they are pretty decent.
The recent tech resurgence, is a new trend in the market, since SP500 is playing around with highs, the moves in Naz look to be gained without notice.
The FED needs room to move, and ease. The are ways the market can make this possible:
1) equity market crash
2) weak economic numbers
3) market unwinding liquidity on its own
A combination of 2+3, will give room for the FED to ease. The BLS will come out with weak numbers. And you should look for this trend.
