Hi Surf,

Are your stock trades based on a statistical quantitative edge?
Or are you simply attempting to buy when risk appears to be outsized to the majority of participants, just because you believe that outsize gains cannot be achieved without taking on large risk?

this trade is base on what i see as an informational edge--- obviously, i was wrong so far--- but the idea has not panned out yet. hope this makes sense.

ps. no, most are not based on a statistical edge, rather your latter statement combined with some sort of information--stocks only.
