greetings,

a very interesting occurence friday. ALL of the proprietary psychological indicators that i use to clarify trend have turned POSITIVE. it is the first time in 34 months that this has occured in ALL the indicators. this is certainly not a guarantee of continued upside in the major indexes, but it is a definative positive for the bulls. we are entering monday long the nasdaq, dow and AOL. this is our longer term buy/hold system trades. i do take day trade positions counter to the system based on technical/fundamental factors--however, these 'day trades" are closed by the NYSE close daily. feel free to join us in the chat room here at elite, i try to post the day trades and set ups in real time.

our system caught a very nice upmove in the nasdaq, dow and AOL thus far. we went long at the upper channel figures and are holding on for the ride with trailing stops locking in gains. the sentiment indications that changed radically on friday are proving their worth thus far. holding longs into the open tuesday, will obtain the next series of neogann wheel figures soon.

still holding all longs in the nasdaq, dow and AOL. the wheel revealed 1377 to 1433 as the next gann channel in the nasdaq composite and 8977 to 8777 as death channel in the dow. if you are not already long, wait for the upper channel figures to be violated to execute. holding longs into thursday with trailing stops (mental).

it is sure nice to profit on the upside, finally ! thursday, we added to our long DOW position as the upper gann channel figure was violated, the nasdaq approached the upper channel figure but stayed below it , so we did not add to longs here. still holding longs in AOL, moved trailing stops to 12.50 to lock in gains from this point forward. our sentiment indicators are still bullish. holding all longs into friday open.

Geez, I thought I could find out what the storms are doing offshore and whether the waves were forming nicely or blownout. Maaaan! Oh well, I'll just put a finishing coat of wax on the bottom and get ready for the weekend.

Hey wait....I live in Columbus. The only waves I'm gonna find around here will be at Ohio Stadium where my Buckeyes will be gettin' it on with Texas Tech.

we are currently FLAT across the board, having being stopped out with profits in AOL, DOW and NASDAQ futures. awaiting breakage of current gann channels to reeneter long or short.
