I guess i was alittle conservative on crox... just traded $60 in after hours.

Gotta love these guys patting smurf on the back. The guy has zero money mgmt skills...no risk management. Doesnt believe in stopping out a bad position. He basically does about everything wrong one can do. Talk about a candidate for blowing out an account.

Crox didnt show it's hand at all before earnings...stock is up in a huge down mkt before earnings. Didnt see this huge surge up coming.

They should show this thread to all new traders on how not to trade.

-20% heat Surf is a lot ImO, what percentage of total net capital have you allocated to this position?

Yes it is. -20% losses is blow-up territory for most.

And despite his earlier post that proudly reads :

Continuting to hold all positions. doubled up on CROX short @ 51

you'll now here it was only a "small position", or the even more obscene:
"we're adding to it -- doubled up on short @ $60..will cover @ $20" !

yes, taking heat on the crox position.....however holding at this time---fully expecting volatility, unfortunately it was in the wrong direction, but analysis still stands here, holding short.

you lose -20% in a position in minutes and you're only "taking heat" ?!

You hang around ET long enough and you here it all . LMAO !

Quote from Mvic:

So did you hedge your shorts in any way? Hopefully you didn't use RVBD like I did.

no, no hedge on these. however, will explore this idea--any specific guidance would be appreciated.

thanks

only those who don't position size properly. this is a volatile stock, fully expecting the volatility, continuing to hold CROX short
