another minor selling wave hits the DJIA this morning. the upper resistance level, that i was hoping would turn into support was smashed. our stops have been placed @ 10476.

let's go do what happens,

we have been stopped out and are currently FLAT the DJIA. the next trading channel is :

10507--- 10457


long above, short below and FLAT in the middle.


that was an excellent ride. congrats to all who caught the wave !

the system got chopped a bit at the going long at the open. the DJIA then plummeted thru the channel; breaking the lower channel line triggering shorts. we are currently short the DJIA---- must admit, i am a bit nervous here being short, BUT following system.

attached please see our IBM / YEN trade chart. it is doing nicely, the convergence continues as expected.

we shorted the DJIA on friday when the lower channel figure of 10457 was violated at aprox 1 pm. what i find intriguing is the lower channel figure was the upper bband closing number exactly--see attached chart. watch the thick pink channel lines---

currently short the dow, ibm yen spread still on.
