The Surf Report--part 2

Who cares WHAT the reason is for wanting to reveal as little or as much as one wishes....that's for the individual to decide just as you decided it was when you posted those words on the last page.

As far as a personal attack, this suffices:

"With over 4 posts per day, please don't be a chucklehead by claiming no time to post trades. But of course you will back down cause there is no substance."

For the record I've never called myself or referred to myself as a super trader, I've merely stated what I believe it takes to become a consistent and successful daytrader as I have been down that road and made it work for myself. Obviously, your experiences have been different and you have your opinions. You are entitled.

And like I told you before on several occasions, the posts I make about what it took me to make it as a long term successful day trader are not meant for people like you, they are meant for people on the road that I was on before and I would like to help them understand they type of commitment and way of thinking that ultimately help increase ones odds for success.

You On the other hand have made claims such as you started from very little and now make a very good living trading with TA charts. See the difference?

This is why your claims needed to be challenged. I don't make any claims beyond individual trades and what my years in this business taught me what is and is not real.

If you don't see the difference, I can't help you.

THE MARKET WILL BE OPEN SOON. THE FED WILL MEET THIS WEEK. THE WORLD WILL GO ON.

Obviously surfer is not going to post an organized journal. Obviously he may or may not even be net positive but we still have the 1st amendment so he could post 100 losing trades in a row if he wanted.

From research it appears he was BANNED once for creating alias but given a second chance. If any of us is found doing that we would be banned so he could be banned again if he is doing that. If he is not doing that then he can continue posting crazy, interesting, successful, or even down right BAD trades. Its his journal how ever unorganized he wants to make it.

I will continue following him until I have a reason not to. If he sucks and I do not wish to have comic relief I will stop reading but lets focus back on the market because posting the obvious or trying to get surf to change his ways does not help our PnL Statements.

Best of luck to you surf even if your a losing trader who is not net positive. Your post will determine that. You are currently short the SP500 and next week the market could go short after the fed meeting. So let the market determine your success.

Again, I may not disagree, but I reserve judgment out of lack of interest. But then, complain not when others call you a crank or a charlatan.

At the very least, you and Covel should be thankful no one is spawning 50 aliases to denigrate his books and your marketing firm.

Adults can defend themselves against criticism. 50 unknowns who are all the same person just decrease the signal-to-noise ratio. It's a lower level of discourse that would otherwise cheapen the marketing service ET has to offer, and just annoy the rest of us who can spot the tricks.

The proof or lack of proof of my "uncannily accurate calls" are within the calls themselves.

On the other hand, your claims of day trading successfully, starting with little and building a solid career with Only TA have zero evidence. ( no prop firm, no other income, no previous wealth) knowing how rare this is if true--challenging these claims is 100% legit. When asked to produce evidence or even accurate calls your reasons not to make no sense. I choose not believe your claims.

Your librarian characterization is an obvious attempt at insult in a trading forum. At least try to be conscious enough to understand your own motivations. My characterization of you, on the other hand, was presented with accompanying and carefully considered rationale. Most readers agreed.

Moderator: Please do not delete this post, or any other that has been written in direct response to surf's request for explanation or an alleged lack of comprehension. He opened that door. If the topic went off track, he should have sought to delete it earlier and not after engaging the poster. Let's try not to unring any bells, shall we?
