Gosh since you knew it was closing higher today why not just cover this AM and resell at the higher prices you were expecting. Commissions don't cost that much.

Just curious if you think the surf report part 1 was as popular because of the actual calls that were made that were solid OR if it was popular because of the combative nature of you and other ET'ers when it comes to markets? By your own admission, the surf method wasn't perfected back then, implying that maybe the thread was popular for reasons other than good calls?

I tried to apply the succesful method to gold with no success. The method I was using in the surf report worked extremely well for about 3 years-- take a look and see for yourself. However, the ever changing nature of the market made that method irrelevent.
I think its a combination of excellent calls and controversy that still attracts all the hits to the surf report.

They are constantly changing, its just the weighting of them that signals decisions in the market. I don't control them, I just go with the signals produced.
