The Surf Report--part 2

Quote from veritas007:

Surf, nice call. What is your average holding period for an ES trade like you put on today?

As long as possible, my goal is to catch giant waves.

I believe the market is ever changing relative to the entry level therefore don't have any set times or prices for exits---

Quote from improvingstops2:

great trading, but might be wise to book your profits given the deteriorating situation in Japan...ES at 1275 now and 96.6 oil

thanks, but the Nikkei is rallying hard, expecting further upside in USA. surf

Surf Stock Pick:

Long Microcap CTIC---- it's on the move.....

use caution, anything can happen in these little biotechs, but this one looks sweet to me.

Note to myself:

When a dangerous situation is going on in a nuclear reactor in the 3rd biggest economy, lock in gain when long and already in profits.

Note for others:

Never congratulate on a trade until it is closed with profits.

I warned him....I suspect he's behind in the news cycle, I was getting up to date news on the worsening situation, and could see the danger.
Well, he's been doing well, so one small loss doesn't change the outlook much. Maybe he'll be lucky and it'll be in profit despite the looming catastrophe.
