The surest way to make 5k a month

Take the 25 K and write yourself a payroll check for $ 5000 a month for 5 months . That is usually how long people last in Day Trading before they realize they will lose their ass if they continue.
You can fake yourself into believing that you are actually making money , kind of the same thing as potential Day Traders thinking they can make a living trading . :p

I would think that a startup dealership in crack, or pot would provide those type of guaranteed returns on a 25K investment.

I dont think you would even have to work the full trading hours that many daytraders do. You may have to work some nights and weekends thou. You will also have to deal with customer service issues like anyone in the retail business.

lol- yeah go slang it on the corner......steady customer base, decent profit margins....:D
 
find some decent stocks with juicy options. Write covered calls or
sell naked puts but be prepared to take assignment of stocks if they fall to your put level.
This in theory will give you some decent return but it won't be even close to 5k a month. Sorry for that I have to agree with the
1.2 million @ money market rate method.

P.S. I am not a registered investment advisor and you may or may not lose your 25k in whole or part. This method will hinge upon your stock picking prowess and there is a good legal reason I am not naming any stock here. Further this system
will be a disaster if we slide further down towards dow 6000 which is entirely possible.
 
If you want to make $250 a day trading, on 25k, which is chump change, then get serious about it, take your series seven, find a good prop firm that allows you to trade with 25K, sit beside a successful trade and copy what he is doing.

$250 a day is not what you should focus on, you need to focus on a trading career.

I'm not sure if you're serious here, but with thinking like that, the only fast lane you're gonna be in is the fast lane to the poor house.
