Thx for the advice man you are spot on, i should have realised it was chop earlier, but i let it get out of control, and i started hitting it much harder than i would have cause i thought the risk was limited, lol fucked up way of looking at chop.

I trade off the 15 min bars. The stocastic 5,1 broke 80 at 275.13.... Close 274.20.....never above the entry on 15 min close..not a great trending day (rest of week was better). But not bad. Took some vig out of the long 275 put. What do you guys look at ? Thanks

I looked at your numbers here and it looks right, but i generally dont complicate things that much, my whole philosophy on friday was that it was going to turn into a squeeze after it had puked all week, i was trading the break out to the top side of this channel, but it never came, i thought didnt think the market was as weak as it was, i thought we would bounce hard on friday like we had the past few fridays, i got stupid with size, cause i thought it was a lock that we would have a huge bounce up move like we have the last couple fridays, but it held the channel the whole day.

Homerun right out the gates, needed this one to regain some confidence after the dipshit move on friday. +5k and counting, i piled in too this one and then i was just buying it at the bid on the dips. I was really sketched at about 9:30, was thinking i was about to eat shit on a 5 dollar bar i actually cut it in half then re-added..... but i held my ground and it worked out.
