If you look at that previous chart of the ES it was pretty obvious the ES snap through that 2429, that level but i didnt want to chase so i just waited for a pullback, and then the ES just kind of turned into chop. Ill definitely be looking for more short setups on the ES and all the FANG stocks in the coming days if this market looks like it wants to go.
Only 1 small trade for me today, short the ES at the end of the day i was hoping for one more push through the lows but wasnt really getting it, and i didnt want to hold on too it over night cause they love gapping the futures up in a bull market.
Shorted the first time when i thought it was rolling over then scratched it when it held, then the second timefinally found the top and added to it, then just took it all off for a small gain, 1 contract each trade, as this market has been so choppy, and i didnt have alot of confidence in it.
Finished the day up 350 bucks, enough to pay the bills i guess, lol but just a really boring market right now. With that said the ES is probably going to make an ass out of me for punching out.

I like the idea on NFLX, ive been watching it as a short too, but it just kind of went sideways today long enough i didnt want to get involved, then it just fell apart when i wasnt really paying attention.

Perhaps it even safer to short when the 15/06 low of 147.3 breaks.

Yeah, i just cant bring myself to chase something like that this late in the day 150 could still hold too, QQQ right on its 50 day here, i will definitely look for it too setup tomorrow though.

I hold on too trades overnight sometimes when the market is less shitty, but right now im just playing my odds most of the time, and playing things super tight cause so many of these breakouts and breakdowns have been failing with the lack of volatility, but usually i like to try to hold on too atleast a couple hundred shares of something overnight if its really good.
