They both look like they have great potential in the coming weeks. I only started watching the sector yesterday so its too soon (for me) to make a call on which one is a better play. I have to look at the components etc. Both up nicely today.

LOL, dont even remind me of OMER noticed that thing at like 16.80 so of course since i passed because there was no catalyst, it goes up 50%.
On OMER you got to be a little bit worried about shorting cause when the volume comes out of that thing it will do less than a half million shares a day, something like that they may be able to keep propped up for quite some time, but thats a good eye on that chart though thats pretty much exactly what im looking for for a short.
Another quiet day for me nothing, sorry guys, this journal might be pretty boring for the forseeable future, this market is junk right now.
Was thinking about trying to snag that bottom on AMD but i just figured in this kind of market it could just as easily have given back all the gains from yesterday, and i really wanted to see it test 13.50 and see how it held up, it never ended up getting there then snappped back like 30 ticks and so i didnt want to chase it.

Here are some charts ive had alerts set up on that i passed on this week cause there is no volume in the market right now, this is the reason im passing on the majority of trades right now, figured the journal has gotten so boring want to just throw some chart up.
This is why im passing for the time being its just a pretty boring market all around, and on the short side shit isnt breaking down properly either, there is just a total lack of interest right now, and i know better than too fight that in this market. Ive passed on some good opportunities too, but at the best of times your batting like 70 percent+ and if you add all this garbage to the good ones your probably only batting 50/50, and the R:R is like 1:1 so while i may not be losing money if i was taking all these trades, that doesnt calculate for errors, or stubborness, it only takes one fuck up when things are this bad, and you end up having a negative 2k week grinding like crazy, so why even bother when the market just isnt there.

Was thinking about shorting CLSN at 3 bucks, the news on it didnt seem like a big deal, so they are dropping the offering, that just means they will eventually need to raise money in some other way, it didnt do a damn thing to make their balance sheet look better.

The more i look at PTLA it kind of has a similar look to OMER, you see how it strongly rejected the move lower at at 35? On OMER i bought the first attempt through the top after the rejection at the bottom and it just needed to put in more time to establish itself before it went up, so im thinking on PTLA ill wait for it to test that bottom again and establish this base a little more then i will think about it long, still looking at PTLA very closely after it rejected going lower at 35 while it was in such a nice channel.
I was in a hurry to draw the channels, so the top doesnt look right on PTLA but i think 40 bucks is the key area on PTLA if it starts looking good through 40 ill look to buy it. For now though i just keep re setting my alerts at 39.50 and seeing what it look like when it gets to that level.

Was going through the journal this morning cause im bored, this was by far the sweetest call on this journal, nice job Vanzandt, its only like once a year you see an idea thats just totally free money, and this was probably the closest i ever saw this year. Call of the year IMO, lol. If i saw that while market was open i would have hammered it.
Really no other way to put this, i fucking destroyed CARA already, only holding 400 more shares as a swing, but its been a monster morning already, just figured chart looked right, and kidney disease is one of the big ones on biotech, so i smoked the offer for everything that was there. Sorry the journals been slow but i smacked size this morning and got PAID.
