Ill keep an eye on it, pretty damn boring day today, got to nail this market early in the day or it aint happening.

Finished the day down 50 bucks just 2 nothing trades that i scratched, then the BBY calls i plan to hold to swing.

@vanzandt hey, concerning the XLK options....I swing trade the most liquid ETF'S, but find that the B/A spread on the XLK's too wide..your thoughts on the spread ?

also...when I trade the ETF's I usually only trade the ones where the average true range (ATR) is +1% of current price. So I will usually substitute INTC and/or MSFT for XLK when I'm in that sector. just my 2 cents.

Hmmmm. You must have not looked lately. Unless a penny is too much and/or you own microwave towers outside the CME.

A penny works for me on options.
I mean its the best I can get.
And extrinsic is damn near null.
But who know's. Markets only go up until there's bad news I guess. Parity on the calls however.

With all due respect.....quote at the close on the XLK June 58 put expiry 6/9. Actually usually a little tighter than this, but a "penny".. I think you are reading something wrong.
