Frustrating market, and a frustrating week, ive been sized in alot of positions in perfect places, today i was sized in huge in the perfect place twice, didnt lose money on either one but its frustrating reading it properly time after time just to see it fail.

on OTIC i had 7500 shares at 3.90 thinking it would pop 4 on SSR, i was already counting my dollars, before the market opened i think, then when i had ten ticks didnt take anything off, and just ended up scratching it lol.

Was long IPXL today at 20.50, and immediately started selling,(felt like a chase) then the next time i was sized up for the break through 22, had the price action nailed......... and it fizzled, lol

You can use the puts... you pay about a penny in extrinsic extra... but its worth it imo.
Like today, when it was at $14.17 you could buy the 15.50's for $1.34. (Break even at $14.16) And even though the bid is below intrinsic, you'll always get intrinsic if you sell at the market.
Today would not have been a good day to play snap short however.
You can control 10,000 shares for $7400.
Time it right if you're good with the chart, a .36 move is a 50% return.
Not for the faint of heart however. Need a .02 move to cover commissions too.
Timing is everything.
