The stupid and irresponsible "home owners" bail out is happaning

Its more like relying on the rating agencies when you buy "AAA", "AA", and "A" rated paper - or worse, having in-house credit analysts evaluating your bond holdings, and STILL buying the paper.

Its scary how much of a charade the entire ratings game is.

I wasn't talking about the shit paper. I was referring to banks getting away without paying HOA fees.

Everyone with half a brain knows the entire mortgage back derivatives industry is a colossal ponzi scheme. A outright scam. The "housing bailout" isn't because the average joe schmo pizza delivery guy can't afford his 500K house. It's the 500K house joe bought underpins the entire scam. If joe leaves towns, that's the foundation on which the entire scam is built on leaving town.

The bailout is to keep the "off book" shit paper hidden away long enough for the election to take place. The entire American economy is going to collapse after that, and it'll take the whole global economy into a nosedive.

The same people who profited from this giant ponzi scam also control the spurious "federal reserve" and are behind the "North America Union" and the nonesense currency called the "Amero".
