Bought Bitcoin in 2013, I'll never ever part with it.

Isn't there long-term risk if other coins have better privacy, faster processing and hold more data in each block?

As for those FANGS or future fangs to come, IMO no company is above being taken down - quickly.

Betamax and V2000 were better than VHS, still the Network-effect of being most-used won. Also, innovations like Segwit and Lightning keeps Bitcoin ahead or on par. There's work on privacy innovations as well.

Sure: VHS, is just replaced by new hardware. But with Bitcoin we are talking Software! It's programmable money, so very easy (compared to hardware standards like VHS) to modify and innovate and keep it up-to-date (even state-of-the-art).
