If the media continues to carry water for Biden - hiding his corruption, outright ignoring or covering up his manifold gaffes and misstatements then maybe. Trump will continue to Tweet as long as he has an account and millions of Twitter followers.
Just about every position Biden has taken during his Senate career he has backtracked and flip flopped on when it suits him, so I’m not sure how much “certainty” as you call it will stick.
Say what you want - Trump never got us into a war (not for the lack of trying with Iran). Biden never met a war he didn’t like during his time in the Senate and as VP.

Biden takes office twelve months later, but nothing will materially change - work will continue on a vaccine and it will be the States that manage their regional responses. Joe Biden will take whatever advice the CDC gives - and as we know, that advice is far from perfect. The WHO simply can’t be trusted anymore.

Trump didn’t sign the death warrants for tens of thousands of seniors in nursing homes by transferring COVID cases there - State Governors did.

As for the pandemic, I'm sure Trump could have done better to alleviate that situation, but let's not get political here.
And even without the pandemic - Trump's era have been volatile and also characterized with his tweets that usually occur in market hours.
Volatility is great for those that are able to profit from it. On the flip side, its horrible for those that are not able to profit from it.
Personally, I love volatility regardless to the reason but its nicer to understand the reason to better adapt when volatility begins to mean revert (dry up).

That's the scary part because he did prove he has about 70 million followers plus the Qanon made a small political statement by entering congress with one of their own.
Then again, the above could be enough to create enough volatility to keep those happy that are able to profit from increasing volatility.

There are other factors going on in the world which can reign supreme. The Russians, the Chinese, Isis and even the supposed allies of the US in Europe will be testing Biden's backbone.
Plus don't forget the crazies in the streets in the US.
Guess what would have happened if the states followed his orders to reopen sending millions out there to get infection. Even the "MIGHTY US" healthcare system would have collapsed causing devastating chain reactions in other sections of the country and then the whole world. Another reason that was mentioned somewhere ( I think CNN) for Trump's defeat was he only ran "his own" show i.e. did not take advise from even his team and kept on yapping illogical statements and tweating nonsense (at times) while all along firing officials as if it was a tv show. Those acts were slightly but constantly traumatic to the people who were going to vote in the elections.
BTW, US government can train world's best pilots, commandos, equipment handlers but why cannot it teach the US Police to shoot at the legs or non life threatening parts of any person holding a short or long range weapon. Guess BLM supporters came out in droves to vote Trumpie out who chose to keep quiet or take the wrong side of the "stupid issue" of US police killing barely armed offenders or unarmed individuals simply reaching to their pockets etc.
