The easieset way to start a private chat room is simply to use AOL private chat room. Whoever doesnt have AOL can simply subcribe to it on a free trial. If you have DSL or Cable modem its only around $15 a month.
Jack all you have to do is install AOL on your PC.... and goto chat menu and make create your own private chat room. It takes 1 min to do.. once you install AOL. I think thats the easiest way to start. If you want to get more fancy you could.. but AOL is definately the easiest and most stable.

I am not insulted. What is happening is that there is an unfairness to the members going on.
Every one is a peer here because they bring different experiences to the table.
People also bring baggage and perspectives created by their experiences. How can I imagine being a Taker. A person who has a long history of not meeting the performance of his friends and others in a big city can come up with a vocabulary that is kind of _________. Fill in any words you want and be sure you see it is in contrast with facts that the person could run into. an example. A person says William J. O'Neil (and he spells it wrong) is "cute" and doesn't count for much. he then explains weeks later to a newbie that he really hits with cup and handle trading on swing trades. This person has not much going for himself. He derides my historical data offered to me by a guy who drove to my architectual studio and offices in a custom build freightliner towing a 32 foot trailer and who is of a leave of absence form hie work place. We review my DTN disk and it's positioning machanisms and agree that he cam mount it on his trailer and operate it hydraulically.
You Delete my comments on an ETer's viewpoint. His viewpoint is based upon his expereince and he calls me down with abusing characterizations.
You are a person who is unable to understand that when two peope are far apart in their views, that you need to deal with things fairly.

That is how it is. I do get an urge to to comment very strongly on this but I resist that because you are going to go through a process here. What is on the table is whether or not fairness can become part of ET.
I am going to be treated fairly by you at some point in time. that's it and that is how it is going to be.
I quit this place because of your unfairness. You are an unfair person so far.

You need to get it. Your comments here are also unfair. mostly unfair to the ET membership. You convey to others the quality of ET. What you do is unfair.
I person who characterizes the performance of a person who uses my stuff in the manner trend fader did shows his basic referent place in the infinite scheme of things. leaving his words in ET is unfair because it paints a picture that abuse here is condoned when a person has a viewpoint that is derived from a bad past experience. Not many people have lived for years the way Trend Fader lives.
He does trades to keep his equity curve smooth. He cannot go long without an input from outside of him to sustain his balance. He gets this input from scaling trades. and he gets it from choosing words that display his identity to others as a way to get input back. In two separate cateogories: questioning to extreme (15 prolonged examples) and offering to share information from others (not any of his information, though) as a team player to get something ( prolonged examples).
You are not, easily, going to get what I and others are telling you.
You represent unfairness in ET at this point.
Get those words out of the stock thread. Do some thinking as you do it.

You are right MIRC is another good option.. personally I feel AOL is easier to use.

We go back. I have performed command and control in time bound situations. Jerome and I have been on the same page for a long time. We are peers just as I am with everyone else. He knows the outcome of this effort at this point.
Also I am having to deal with a situation elsewhere in ET that requires a definite quality improvement. I am trying to expedite getting a guy to a minimum performance level.
