The States Need To Band Together And Exercise Their 10th Amandment Right

The 10th Amendment to the US Constitution was ratified as part of the Bill of Rights on December 15, 1791. It is the key amendment reinforcing the idea of federalism. In other words, that unless the Constitution specifically gave a power to the federal government or denied it to the states, then it was reserved for the states. Over time, the federal government has taken more power from the states as the courts have given it wider powers due to amendments such as the 14th amendment.

Text of the 10th Amendment

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

And those idiots will be crushed again. This time it will be much faster, and more decisive.

The Feds have been usurping State powers over the last 100 years.... The States did not oppose them when they could/should have. Likely too late now, sadly.

The Feds now have the attitude, "We are the Federal Government. We can do anything we want... States' rights and Constitution be damned!" Stark contrast to the desires of the genius Founders. They were ADAMANTLY AGAINST A LARGE AND POWERFUL FEDERAL GOVERNMENT... for exactly the reasons we suffer their steamrolling of individual rights and abuse of power today.

Do you even think before you post? Maybe your time would be better spent reading and learning the Constitution instead of making stupid remarks about crushing the states. How ridiculous.

There are no confederate states, RCG. You're the one living in a different century. It's not a black vs. white thing, bro. It's a constitution thing.
