The claims regarding Boebert working as an escort came out when she was running for office. The time period of being an "escort" is well before her political career. The escort claims are questionable and debated widely but have been covered in mainstream media as well as other programs such as Bill Maher.
However the other situations involving Boebert and her husband are proven and well-documented --- in everything from police reports to videos. These includes regularly threatening their neighbors, campaign finance fraud, threats against other political groups, the failure of her restaurant (which laughably is now a Mexican restaurant in the location), indictments of those associated with her, her drunk husband terrorizing neighbors, breaking FEC rules, and her continually provocation of violence against others, her husband doing jail time for indecent exposure at a bowling alley, and both her husband and her racking up arrests.
