I appreciate your encouragement. We don't all progress at the same speed. And there are a lot I don't know or don't understand.

Don't get me wrong, I am good at trading directional but anything else is a struggle.

Yes, found all his aliases. Despite spending a lot of time on his journals, I think I only gained more insight lately when the subject was revisited few times in the last two years or so. I think I now have a decent understanding of one of the setups and will start a new thread on it tomorrow. Good night for now!

If you have a bullish bias for example, do you use the upper setup and set it so the -3 peak is where you expect the UL to be? Or you set it so the peak sits a bit lower than that level?

No. That is not the way 231 or 132 are traded by @destriero. What you are showing is directional and it is not bimodal as traded by @destriero
