The slow death pattern what do i do with it?

I see this pattern alot in many dollar stonks
price spikes and then slowly dies out im assuming very painfully to hodlers stuck in it.
Can you guys tell me more about this specific market situation?
Is this tradeable at all?
can i find the bottom of that death spiral?
Any way to tell if it will keep falling or turn into tighter consolidation triangle and breakout?
Is this some kind of stock manipulation that im not familiar with?
Because i see many sub 5 dollar stocks with identical pattern and the chatrooms are filled with identical comments how the ceo is a scam artist and shorts are in control etc and then ther's another group constantly posting that they just bought more shares.. loading zone buy the dip etc.

Pretty much looking to gather more information about this chart behavior in general and what is going on behind that movement so i can understand better.

I dont know how to short yet so im mostly asking in reference to normal trading. Im not comfortable with shorting just yet

SLOW DEATH ---> VERY FAST PROFIT / DOUBLE PROFIT!

There is no slow death, no death spiral.
But there were trading opportunities.
There was very fast profit in end Sept 2021.

At the end of Sept 2021, we wouldn't know how high PALT would go.
so make sure you took some profit / tighten stop loss because
PALT could reverse direction.

Some traders might even suggest shorting PALT at end of Oct 2021.
But this signal was not that obvious.

why PALT reverse direction and go down massively?
Who cares! We couldn't be bothered to know why.
Just trade based on what we see from the chart.
price up - traders earned $$$$.
price down - traders also earned $$$$ ie DOUBLE PROFIT

stop looking at things in such a negative way.
Learn to look at it from an opportunistic viewpoint.

That chart looks a lot like Peloton. But at least Peloton makes a thing.

What does Paltalk make?
 
Im just using that as reference
There are many other tickers that have near identical pattern and sometimes on exact same timeline
Nile, brqs, nvcn and few others i saw.
Most of thwm are dolar stonks

Is there some kind of trap being worked there to attract noobs so they buy, hodl, then get frustrated and sell at a loss?
Or is this just a natural pattern of hodlers gradually selling off trying to get out but hoping for the turnaround?
 
Reminds me of BKKT. It went as high as $50 per share and now $10. There are numerous other stocks I traded that went up but, now a shadow of themselves. Parabolic moves are short term moves. If you have not gotten out and think it is going to the moon---like the Wallstreet Bets touts tell you, you are out of luck. Learn to read the stockcharts and figure out where the traders are. ET trolls are lurking, fishing for information to peddle and claim as they own. I am not giving those idiots anything. So, this is the extent of my post.
 
I started out shorting pennies that were obvious P&Ds. You had a high win % but damn when it goes against you it really hurts. Similar to naked options.

And SL don't mean shit when it gaps several 100% overnight...

These days the "fraudsters" (nice) are bagholding shit positions but cant unload without completely crashing the stock...so use their interns with reddit accounts to pump the ticker on r/ wsb r/pennystocks or r/shortsqueeze etc...with DD most of the twit-brained idiots cant comprehend (therefore it must be legit). Then feed the retails all of there bag on the way up...once the buying dries up look out below. Same exact shit that has always taken place only these days its social media instead of spreading tips at the bucket shops lol.
