Shutdown probably ruined more lives that it saved. New stats keep coming in showing the vast majority of deaths have occurred in nursing homes, long term care facilities, the very elderly. Latest from IL.
As Illinois has seen a majority of its coronavirus deaths in longterm care facilities — approximately 53% — Gov. J.B. Pritzker on Monday defended implementing a stay-at-home order on the state's general population.

A total of 3,144 coronavirus-related deaths have been reported at longterm care facilities statewide out of a total of 5,924 deaths, according to the Illinois Department of Public Health.

This fact is true across the nation. Safe to say that we could reduce the death toll by 50, maybe 75% just by being more diligent about who goes into a nursing home. Actual risk for a healthy person to die is statistically zero. This scare was so overblown, numbers so completely cooked up we now know with certainty that this was purely political from the start. There is no other conclusion an intellectually honest person can draw. Indisputable. Take out these elderly and you have nothing but a bad flu season, not even bad.

The WHO expert told them all we need to do is protect the high risk and contact trace the symptomatic but they will never admit they were wrong.

Cooked numbers and fake models are the biggest issues. Garbage in - garbage out. Too sad, as when the real thing comes next time, the lost trust will produce real death numbers nobody will take as such for too long. We have lost trust in the media, the fake experts and the incompetent government. Ideal prerequisites for chaotic self-destruction [better known as Revolution]
