As far as I'm concerned it's been happening at the hands of the govt since the 70's starting with busing, followed up by affirmative action (jobs , education) and now most overtly by outright racism by the Injustice dept.

These polices are clearly wrong and immoral.

However like I said before"If someone doesn't want my business because of the color of my skin, or any other reason that is their right not mine.'

If a state is full of nutbirds like Mississippi or Alabama, or North and South Georgia, then no, you cannot be trusted to govern yourselves as you will deny liberty to certain segments of your citizens. People like you demonstrate that this vigilance must be maintained.
