The S&P just put in another higher short term bottom

Did the S&P just put in a higher short term bottom on Feb 28 or is within 5 points?

I'm being totally serious now, these month long calls are ridiculous. If the Market goes up you got volente with his hands clasped behind his head doing the Running Man and taking all the credit . The next day when the Market tanks volente is no where to be found and the Rubberbird is doing the Moonwalk and taking the credit for the selloff. There is absolutly zero skill in these calls. If you want to see a skillful Market timer you should check out my guy.

Very nice call
I have SPX 1316 as the first target
The NAZ confirmed a new uptrend today too!

In volente's case, I think the man deserves a little bit more credit. From what I can remember, he called the 1/20 and 2/28 intermediary bottoms immediately after they had formed (the very next day). That's probably why he became the poster boy for the bulls since late January. I've read only a few of his posts and he doesn't seem like the kind to brag, begging for recognition like many others do here to compensate for their lack of success in the markets.

By the way, was your wife able to find that newspaper article on your grinning Korean ( :D ) story because it would be really great if you could scan it and post it here.

Not yet, she has it in a scrap book, it was in the LA Times the following week I believe. I'll take a digital photo of it since it is pasted in the book.

I remember a few of Volente's calls have been bad failures. People seem to ignore those. Another 'T' day failure this tuesday. I only see comments when it works.

Yes nobody is perfect. I do have losing days trading ES 20% of the time and T day theory is only 75-80% accurate. Fortunately my winning days greatly exceed the losers due to strict discpline and the ability to walk away once I am stopped out for the day. As far as calls, I only started posting them to jack with bird. Now who is ready for a little T day magic ?
