%%New thread idea: how many new threads will Volente start before the S&P sells off for real and the long term trend started in 2009 gets taken out for reals. He's already started 3 since February 2017 - any guesses ?
Well the Almanac ''sell in May/away ''was -OK on an intraday chart, but i dont use those much.LOL.
BUT one of those 2017/2018 PT Jones sections was a good timing on weekly, S&P 500 cash[ SPY, for me]. And as PTJ noted ,2017 turned out like 1999 ,[for SPY /cash]up about 24%/dividends, 1999+ 2017. BUT my comment [on QQQ] ;1999 was not like 2017 @ all[QQQ went up big time + Comp went up 85%, 1999.QQQ up about 33%, 2017. I do like the 2009 PE ratio of about 58+/ in 2009; so i never figured out why WSJ hates Hi PE ratio?? LOL
