I still have my full position on the Feb 1175 calls. I hold these with very strong hands. Of course, I can change my mind at any time, but i'll be sure to post it on this thread, as the price is still over a buck.

James can you do me a really big favor? In order to end this back and forth bickering about your account, can you please contact Don Bright. It appears as though both you and riskarb are ready to settle up. Let's just get this over with. Fair enough?
Quote from James Stock:
Mav, i'd like to know what the bet is before I waste anyones time. If its about my audit, great! If its a comparison, I need to know the years of risk barbs audit so we can fairly compare apples to apples. The one with the best record and cumulative return wins!
For those not familiar with audits, the last line gives a cumulative return over the entire audit period.
Quote from Maverick74:
James, riskarb said any time period, so why not just use the 9 year period you stated. That should be the most accurate. That way it flattens out the lucky years and the bad years. Fair enough. So we have a 9 year audit from both you and riskarb will be sent to Don Bright along with a wire transfer. Let's get the ball rolling here.
Quote from riskarb:
Hey Mav,
I will be happy to oblige, but to be clear, JS made reference to a book that started with 7-figures, I'm not going to go toe to toe on an audited return with a guy trading a $10,000 account here...
7-figures at the end of the audited period.
9-years(originally-stated)
Best IRS, CPA audited-return, wins...
I have 12-years or so of returns signed by a large CPA in Chicago... I have them further back, but the Kupferberg returns should suffice.
**** I will not post anything futher publicly on this topic, you can reach me via PM or phone. ****
riskarb.

JS stated that his account was indeed a 7 figure account so he can't back out of that now. That is what he said. I think you guys are on the same page now, nine years, at least 7 figures in the account, audited returns. Looks like we have all our ducks lined up here. Someone call Don Bright now. LOL.
Quote from James Stock:
ducks aint lined up yet. Yeah, I have an accountant too, and he'll put down anything I ask him to. The bet is apples to apples. An audit. do you know what that means risk barb? An audit from a large, reputable accounting firm. If nine years is too much, i'll start this from 1/1/96. Get your results audited, and lets go.
BTW, it costs me $5K a year for an audit. So it certainly is authentic. Results from an accountant aint worth nothing. would you present the results of your trading from your accountant to raise capital? Hell no! You need an AUDIT.
Now, i'm only talking a toppy S&P. I'm still holding strong. Lost alittle today, but there's always tomorrow.
