Today we reached my final objective from the short killing ride from 2200

I say the S&P has topped at 3481 and will not close over 3516 before it touches 3280

As always 1% deviation stop on the trade

Luckily for day traders, we don't have to bother about the market has topped or bottomed.

Let's say you long the index futures with 3 lots.
how to set target profit?
1st lot - you target decent profit of say reward risk ratio of 2.5:1
2nd lot - target RR ratio > 2.5:1
3rd lot - you hold your position for many many hours.

why? because we wouldn't know how far the market will go.
It might move a little or a lot.


Well. If you have a crystal ball, then definitely the strategy will
be very different. and the way you set the target profit will
be very different.
